Remarks
Our client contacted us in July 2022 and asked us to produce a proposal for a Balconette system. We met with the client, and it was evident that they wanted a high-quality system that would last a long time with little or no maintenance. For this reason, we proposed a new Aerofoil Balustrade System that would be manufactured by Balconette.
We then carried out a site survey to produce the detailed plans. After the detailed technical plans were finally agreed and the design of the staircase and the final finish were signed-off we initiated the production of the bespoke aerofoil handrails and other elements.
The balustrade was delivered direct to site at the end of January 2023 and the whole project was completed early February 2023.
The client was extremely happy with the final appearance of their lovely patio area that will now be the centre of attraction this summer and for many more to come.
