Commercial Chimney Repairs & Rebuild in Epsom, Surrey

This was a chimney repair that we completed for the Rosebery Housing Association in the Epsom area.

They manage a very large housing estate and we were engaged to carry out a planned maintenance schedule which started in October 2006 and lasted until April 2007. The contract value was approximately £280,000 of scheduled maintenance.

This involved rebuilding a very large number of stacks, together with general roof maintenance on lots of houses earmarked by their surveyors for urgent repairs.

This was a very challenging program of works. All the residents were kept fully notified of the works to be carried out on their premises.

All works were invoiced upon completion and following a complete inspection by the Roseberry Housing Association’s contracts managers and building surveyors.

We have since been invited to carry out an additional contracts, as they were extremely pleased with our standard of workmanship and also how our operatives conducted themselves on site.
